Tree Planting Day (Saturday 20 Feb)

What a success! Thank you to everyone that supported our second tree-planting day. We were delighted to work again with Urban Orchard Project to add additional variety to our lovely green space: one black mulberry, one medlar, two almond, and two hazelnut trees.
We need volunteers to please join our watering rota this summer; you can sign up by email to: HNACommittee@gmail.com.
Finally, while the trees have been given to us for free, we will be taking a collection to make a donation in thanks to Urban Orchard Project. You can slip an envelope with your name and address through door 40 Holmewood Gardens by Friday 4 March 2016.
