of existing listed pavilion buildings in connection with the use of the
pavilion buildings for a mixed B1 (offices) and D1 (non-residential
institution). Change of use to residential for former Aspen Stables
building together with erection of single storey extension to rear and
associated alterations to create two family dwellings. Erection of a three storey building comprising seven
terraced houses in south west corner of site. Erection of three storey building comprising six self
contained flats in north west corner of site. Erection of a single storey amenity building for use in
association with the existing pavilion buildings to centre of site, together
with provision of new vehicular and pedestrian accesses, landscaping and
provision of eighteen onsite parking spaces. (Town Planning application,
Conservation Area Consent and Listed Building consent applications received). |
