Sign in from 7 pm, meeting starts at 7:30 pm, ends at 9 pm

Dear Neighbours,

We hope you and your nearest and dearest are doing well in these difficult times.  It was great to get such a fantastic response to Duncan's campaign to line up volunteers to help neighbours in need.  We hope that you are benefiting from the support available if you feel that you need it.

It's a shame that we could not get together at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for March.  It may be a while before we are less socially distanced than we are now, so we hope you will join us for  a virtual Community Gathering on Wednesday May 13 at 7:30

The meeting will be held using Zoom, so you will be able to join by video or phone. If you are a first-time Zoom user, please remember to test your access to Zoom well in advance of the meetingPlease try to join the meeting between 7 pm and 7:25 pm.

HNA AGM - Wed 13 Mar 2019 7:30pm

posted 15 Feb 2019, 11:53 by HNA Committee   [ updated 15 Feb 2019, 12:00 ]

Dear Neighbours,

The HNA is entering its fourth year!  The Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, 13th March, 2019.

Please come and find out what the HNA has been up to last year and join the discussion about how it can support our community in the coming year.

Election of committee
A new committee will be elected and your vote is crucial in this process.
The committee carries out the business of the Association as specified in our constitution and is made up of the three officers: Chair, Secretary, Treasurer; and 5 more members. A total of 8.
Existing members can stand again (3 year time restrictions apply on the officer posts). Due to this restriction the current Chair and Treasurer cannot stand for re-election to their posts.

Could you join the committee?
This is a fantastic, friendly, energised community and we know that there is a great deal of enthusiasm for joining in with events and initiatives. This is brilliant, but if you think you can spare a tiny bit of time, please consider joining the committee. The only qualification required is enthusiasm. We meet approximately once a month to discuss developments and to agree on what to do and to make sure that what we agreed to do, was done. This can range from organising events, to liaising with the Council over issues, to fundraising and so on.

Minutes from the last General Meeting in October 2018: )

Headteacher Hoosen Randeree has kindly offered us the use of one of the Orchard School’s classrooms for the evening.
The entrance to the school is on Cotherstone Road, SW2 3ES.
Please join us from 7pm onwards, The meeting will start at 7.30.

Everybody who lives in the HNA area can attend (please see the map on the website -

Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information by emailing

We look forward to seeing you.
